International Shipping Information

When calculating the shipping charges on your order, remember that the UPS rates shown below do not apply outside the Continental United States. International Shipping (up to 4 lbs.) is sent via United States Postal Service for the following rates:

The International shipping rate is a flat fee of $40 for up to four pounds.

Canadian Shipping

For orders over 4 lbs. or for expedited and trackable shipping, UPS is available. Shipping costs will be determined on these orders at the time of sale. You will be contacted via email with your shipping total.

We ship Monday-Friday, except on holidays.

Orders received before 2:30pm Pacific time will be shipped that day.

Orders received on Friday after 2:30pm, during the weekend or on holidays, will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Please note that Saturday deliveries are not available: if you select Next Day delivery on Friday, your package will be delivered on Monday (or next business day)... 2 Day Air ordered on Thursday will be delivered on Monday (or next business day)... etc."

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
