International Shipping Information

IWhen calculating the shipping charges on your order, remember that the UPS rates shown below do not apply outside the Continental United States. International Shipping (up to 4 lbs.) is sent via United States Postal Service for the following rates:

For orders over 4 lbs. or for expedited and trackable shipping, UPS is available. Shipping costs will be determined on these orders at the time of sale. You will be contacted via email with your shipping total.

Shipping Information

Orders received before 3pm Pacific time will be shipped that day.

Orders received on Friday after 3pm will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

All orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

If an order is placed on a holiday it will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Please make note of the shipping choices and charges associated with your order. The default shipper is UPS Ground, if the package is going to be delivered to a PO BOX it is shipped USPS priority mail-the rate is the same:

Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

OPENED PRODUCTS AND WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. UNOPENED PRODUCTS ARE RETURNABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE, SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
